TBB Trier is a German professional basketball club based in Trier on the Urban district. The club is currently member of the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL).

They became professional in 1991 and they were founded as TVG Basketball Trier, the name was next changed to HERZOGtel Trier e.V in 1999 and finally to their current name, TBB Trier in 2002.
TBB Trier own two German Cup titles, the first obtained in 1998 and the second in 2001.
