Rules for Propositions on DowJones, Nasdaq and S&P

1. Clients need to place their bets 5 minutes before the market closes, otherwise, the bets will enter for the following market day.
   
   
2. The bet is based on the last 2 digits of the final average posted on the market at closing time.
   
   
3. The bet pay out is 90/1.
