Tyson goes to rehab

David Chesnoff, Tyson's attorney, said the ex former boxer Tyson checked himself into an unrevealed facility shortly after appearing in a Phoenix courtroom.

Last year in Arizona Tyson was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and felony drug possession after he nearly crashed into a police vehicle shortly after leaving a nightclub.
County Attorney Andrew Thomas said Tyson has run out of second chances, and prosecutors will do whatever they can to have him do prison time. And if convicted on all four drug charges, Tyson could be imprisoned as much as 7 1/2 years.

Last Dec. 29, police arrested Tyson while he was stopped police said Tyson was trying to wipe off a white powder off the console of his car. Tyson had bags of cocaine in his back pocket and another bag in a pack of cigarettes, according to court documents.
