Kyle Bush Chose Joe Gibbs Racing

When Kyle Bush lost his ride at Hendrick Motorsports, he got plenty of high monetary offers to be the No.1 driver. But after all the offers only Joe Gibbs Racing offered him a direct chance to win a Nextel Cup Nextel Cup title. Joe Gibbs Racing teams have won three of the past seven championships.
Busch did not hesitate much in signing with JGR to end a period of negotiations that first took place when Hendrick Motosports threw Kyle Bush to the side to make room for Dale Earnhardt Jr.
As we all know The Nextel Cup Series is overflowing with great teams and people, but it was noticeable that at the moment that Bush started talking with the people form JGR, they offered him a confidence that topped all offers, they made him feel wanted and welcome. At the end both parts’ concern is to win races and championships, that is what Joe Gibbs needs and what Bush can give them.
Busch had an opportunity to win championships while being with Hendrick, with them he has won four races since joining the Cup Series in 2005. But Bush with his stubbornness and his strong will was never a very good fit at Hendrick’s team, he was like an exile among the other drivers. This problem is surely not going to be one at Joe Gibbs Racing.
He has proven JGR that he is a very smart and uncomplicated driver, he makes mistakes of course, but he is young and still can learn from them if he is a big enough man. He is a winner and I think he will be more a part of JGR than he ever was of Hendricks. Gibbs is conditioned to dealing with tricky people, so Bush will most likely be a walk in the park for them.
