• The Singapore Grand Prix debut will be on September 28, 2008

• The race has received a pre-approval from FIA but it is expected to be fully credited shortly

• The Singapore Grand Prix will be the first night race in the Formula One history

• The race will be the first Asia street race as it will not have a close circuit but it will take place within the city surroundings among which we can mention: Raffles Boulevard, St. Andrew’s Road, Turn 10, and Anderson bridge

• The race consists of a total of 24 turns (14 left & 10 right) with a total length of 5,067 km.

• The circuit has an anti-clockwise direction
