The Campbell University men’s basketball team is known as the Fighting Camels.

The team won their only conference championship in 1992, when it was part of the Big South Conference.

The team has appeared just once in the NCAA Tournament, in the same year they won the conference championship.

The Fighting Camels are led by Robbie Laing and they play their home games at the Carter Gymnasium.

Currently, the school is undergoing the project of a multi-purpose arena for the other indoor sport categories.
