The Clemson Tigers are members of the NCCA’S Division in the Atlantic Division of the Atlantic Coast Conference.
The Tigers hold a fierce rivalry agasint the South Carolina Gamecocks. They have played over 160 games in the series, with a slight advantage for the Gamecocks. The Tigers, on the other hand have won their last 5 matches.
Coach Oilver Purnell has certainly improved the overall performance of the team in recent years.
During the 2006-2007 season, the Tigers made it to the NIT finals, where they lost against West Virginia.
