The University of Colorado at Boulder has had 10 appearances in NCAA Tournaments. Their most recent in 2003; the team did not make it past the first round
The Buffaloes have made it to the Final Four twice in 1942 and 1955. The team reached the NIT semi-finals in 1991. But it has been 7 years since their last March Madness and much longer since the team meant any trouble for other teams.
The Colorado Buffaloes finished last in the Big 12 Conference standings during the 2008-2009 season. They lost 15 games in conference games and won once. Overall the Buffalloes finished with a 9-22 record. As of early February 2010, the Buffalloes are 2-7 in conference games.
They are a bit better then last season, yet it seems like the team will repeat last years feat and finish last. At least it seems like they have only allowed 67.5 points per game in the last two seasons. Still not impressive, but it might represent some sort of improvement.
