Kansas State's men's basketball team is known as the Wildcats and they have had an extend history in the sport, basically since 1902.
The team has participated in 22 NCAA basketball tournaments, has reached the Final Four 4 different times, the Elite Eight 11 times, and has been present 16 times at the Sweet Sixteen.
The Wildcats has captured 17 total conference championships, though in more recent times it has been harder to the team and they haven't been able to win a title within the Big 12 Conference.
The team’s long time rivals is the University of Kansas team that plays annually in the Sunflower Showdown matchup. |
