Over the Hornets basketball team’s history the team has been unsuccessful in winning a conference title within the Big Sky.

The team was led by Coach Jerome Jenkins, who was a veteran in the sport and coached the Hornets for eight consecutive seasons.

One of his best accomplishments was the fourth position in most wins record (76) in the Hornets’ history and soon moving to third place.

New coach Brian Katz for the 2008-09 season, brings 19 years of coaching experience, expecting to make big changes in the Hornets campaign.
