The Gentlemen is the name of the Centenary College men's basketball team which plays Division I basketball with the Summit League since 2003.

The team hasn't won a title with the Summit League, but it has two titles with its former conference, the Atlantic Sun: a regular season title in 1990 and a post-season tournament title in 1980.

The Gentlemen have never played neither in a NCAA Division I Tournament to the date nor in a NIT Tournament.

The 2007-08 season hasn't been particulary good for the team, as they finished the regular season with an overall record of 10-21.
