The school men’s basketball team is known as Crimson. Their current head coach is Tommy Amaker and assistants Kenny Blakeney, Brian DeStefano, and Will Wade.

Throughout the team’s history they have not been able to achieve a conference championship neither have they participated in the Sweet 16 Tournament.

Harvard ended the season 2007-08 with a record of 8-22 overall and 3-11 Ivy League conference record. This season 2008-09, the Crimson is aiming for more in the conference games.
