The school men’s basketball team is known as Bulldogs and this is one strongest athletic programs at Yale.

The Bulldogs have a conference record of 10-4 meaning they have won the regular conference title in four different occasions in their early years followed by a more recently victory in 2002.

The team’s current head coach is James Jones and the Bulldogs play their home games at the Payne Whitney Gymnasium.
