The school’s men basketball team is known as the Broncos and they are members of the MAC since 1948.
The team have won several regular season championships; at least one in each decade from the 1950’s through 2005 being the most recent one.
In 2004 the Broncos won the post season conference tournament.
The team’s overall game record stands at 20-12, home (12-1), away (7-9), neutral (2-1). And conference overall 12-4, home (8-0), away (4-4) and neutral (0-0).
The team is currently led by Steve Hawkins and assistants Clayton Bates, Andy Hipsher, Cornell Mann and coordinator of operations Phil Sayers. |
