The Missouri State men's basketball team is known as the Bears and they have been members of the MVC since 1991.
The Bears have won one post season conference tournament in 1992. They have appeared 6 times in the NCAA Tournament and in 1999 the team reached the Sweet Sixteen.
The team is currently coached by Ben Miller and assistants Kyan Brown, Trevor Fischer and Steve Woodberry. Coach Miller joined the Bears in the summer of 2004 as an assistant coach making this third season with the Missouri team.
The Bears ended in the 7th position of the MVC overall stadings with a 8-10 conference record. |
