The Leopards have been coached by Fran O'Hanlon during 12 seasons now and they have acquired 2 Patriot League titles with him.

The Leopards had participated 5 times in NIT bids, but they haven't been in one since 1980.

They joined the Colonial League on 1990, when it the conference changed its name for the Patriot League Conference.

Their home is the Kirby Center in Easton, Pennsylvania, which was built on 1973 and it is the home of several varsity sports as well.

William H. “Bill” Anderson, David W. Brown, Peter J. Carril and George E.

Davidson are some of the most renowned Lafayette players.
