The men's basketball team of the University of Hawaii at Manoa is known as the Raibow Warrior and they are members of the WAC in the NCAA Division I.
The Raibow Warriors have won three WAC Tournament titles in the years 1994, 2001 and 2002.
They have also appeared four times in the NCAA Tournament, their last one in 2002, but they haven't been able to win a tournament game.
The team's current head coach is Bob Nash who took over the position after the retirement of Riley Wallace in April 2007.
During his first year as coach of the Warriors, Coach Bob Nash help the team to finished with an overall record of 11-19 and taking the Rainbow Warriors to the quarterfinals of the WAC tournament but losing later to Boise State 74-80. This season 2008-09, Bob Nash is aiming for a better record and a further position in the conference standings.
