This racing team has always been part of the IndyCar Series racing since its early beginnings in 1997.

The team currently fields two vehicles and the young Brazilian Vitor Meira is the main driver. Meira possesses a vast experience in the racing world as he dominated the South American F3 championship winning a remarkable eight races during his early start only.

Some of the drivers that have been part of the Panther Racing team are: Americans Townsend Bell, Billy Boat, Buddy Lazier, Robby McGeehe, and Dave Steele. Canadian Scott Goodyear and one of the most outstanding drivers the Brazilian Vito Meira who has been part of Panther Racing since the 2006 season.

Panther’s main sponsors are: Delphi, National Guard and Honda.
