Dallas Mavericks
If there is a team that won’t easily forget the Dallas Mavericks’ 2009-10 season that would be no other then the New York Knicks, who received their worst lost in history in hands of Dallas. That 50-point margin in the 128-78 victory was also the largest one in the Mavericks franchise history. It was also Dirk Nowitzki’s 11th season as a Maverick and he became the 1st European-born player to score 20,000 points in his NBA career. Dallas got to the playoffs by clinching the Southwest Division Title (55-27 in the season) and lost to San Antonio 4-2 in the First Round thus putting an end to their season.
