Houston Rockets
The Rockets were unable to improve in the 2009-10 season their 5th place in the conference from the previous one, and finished ninth with a 42-40 record. It would be unfair to them not to mention that the center Yao Ming -who averages around 20 points per game- did not play all of the season. The Rockets really missed those 20 points per game that Ming averages and had to watch the playoffs from home.
