Based in Durham, New Hampshire, the New Hampshire Wildcats have been members of the CAA in the NCAA Division I-AA since 2007. Before joining the CAA, the Wildcats played in the Atlantic 10. The Wildcats presently play their home games at the Mooradian Field in Cowell Stadium.
The Wildcats have been able to advance to the quarterfinals in the last three seasons; in fact, in 2007, the team advanced to the NCAA Championships for the fourth consecutive time while in the hands of Coach Sean McDonnell. McDonnell is entering his tenth season with the team at the University of New Hampshire.
The Wildcats had an incredible season in 2008, finishing in first place of the CAA North with an overall record of 10-3, losing just two games in the conference matches.
