Based in Pocatello, Idaho, the Idaho State Bengals have been members of the Big Sky Conference in the NCAA Division I since 1963. The Bengals play their home games at Holt Arena, the oldest football stadium on a college campus in the U.S. This stadium was known as the Minidome until 1988.
The Bengals have had 24 coaches over their history; the current coach is John Zamberlin. The Bengals have won a total of one championship in franchise history; the victory took place in 1981.
