Based in Bozeman, Montana, the Montana State Bobcats have been members of the Big Sky Conference in the NCAA Division I since 1963. The Bobcats played their first season in 1897 and since then Montana State has won 3 national titles and added 11 Conference championships.
The Bobcats play their home games at the Bobcat Stadium, which was opened in 1973 and was originally named Reno H. Sales Stadium.
