Since their first football season in 1954, the Hornets haven’t won a title but expect to do so in the future.
During the 2008 season, the Hornets broke even for the regular season, ending in 6th place of the BSC with an overall record of 6-6 but lost the last game. Coach Sperbeck hopes for better results in 2009, with the arrival of both newcomers and veterans to build a more successful program.
