The Indiana Hoosiers is the Indiana University football team which began playing in 1887 being coached by Professor Arthur B. Woodford who first came to the University to teach political and social science.
Indiana’s football team is currently coached by former offensive coordinator Bill Lynch, who replaced Terry Hoeppner last June as he was undergoing a brain surgery.
The team have made 8 appearances in bowl games, winning three of them in the years 1979, 1988 and 1991. |
