The Ohio Bobcats football team is an intercollegiate varsity sports program of Ohio University.
The team represents the university as a member of the Mid-American Conference of the National Collegiate Athletic Association, playing at the Division 1 Bowl Subdivision level.
The Bobcats have played their home games in Peden Stadium since 1929. The football team has posted a 479-497-48 record over their 112 year existence and a 187-228-11 record over their 60 years in the Mid-American Conference.
The Bobcats have won 5 MAC Football championships in 1953, 1960, 1963, 1967, and 1968, and a MAC East Division championship in 2006. |
