The University of Eastern Illinois was founded in 1895 in Charleston, Illinois. The school offers the following faculties to students: Education and Professional Studies, Science, Arts and Humanities, Lumpkin College of Business and Applied Sciences.
Since 1996 the Panthers football team has played for the Ohio Valley conference and have been relatively successful having won one title over the past eleven years.
Among some of the most outstanding school students are: New Orleans Saints Head Coach Sean Payton and Denver Broncos Head Coach Mike Shanahan. |
