Lance Legree
Lance Legree was born in Charleston, South Carolina in 1977. He played at Notre Dame where he a record of 119 tackles (67) and 4 sacks. In 2000 while as a senior he started 11 games with 50 tackles (25 solo).
In 2001 he signed as a free agent for the New York Giants during the year he played in 14 games and finished the season with 19 tackles (15 solo).
The following season (2002) he played in 15 regular games with 10 starts as defensive tackle. Additionally, he was at the NFC Wild Card game but had no tackles. Then he changed to line up but also played on the field goal unit.
In 2003 he played in all 16 games with 2 starts and finished the season with 29 tackles (18 solo), 2 sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.
In 2005 he signed as a unrestricted agent for the New York Jets and just one year with San Francisco. Currently he plays defensive tackle for the New Orleans Saints.
