Racing Club
The Racing Club is based in Avellaneda, located in the Province of Buenos Aires. The Club is considered one of the most important teams in the country founded in 1903 and plays for the First Division in Argentina.
The team was organized by a group of students from the Colegio Nacional Central, they founded the “Football Ball Club Barracas al Sur”. Unfortunately, it only lasted one year. In 1902 the “Colorados Unidos” were founded by some very important members of the “Barracas del Sur”.
The new division did not last for a long time and on March 25, 1903 both clubs joined together and the “Racing Football Club” was born.
