Juventude (RS)
Esporte Clube Juventude, or Juventude, is located in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul that was founded on June 29, 1913 by 35 youngsters and is one of the first soccer clubs in the community. The first president of the club was Antônio Chiaradia Neto. Juventude's stadium is the Estádio Alfredo Jaconi, inaugurated in 1975, with a maximum capacity of 30,519 people and their rival is Caxias.
July 20, 1913 was Juventude’s first match, against Serrano where Juventude won 4-0. Exactly two years later on July 20, 1915 they lost their first match against Fußball 4-1.
Juventude joined the FA on October 10, 1919 and the club became professional after hiring Uruguayan players in 1920. The clubs first national title was won on December 4, 1994 and allowed them to be promoted to the first division.
