Since 1878, Everton has careered some of England’s best footballers.
With an early FA Cup in 1906 the team proved to be an elite contender on the Premier League.
After war times, the team placed non-recurrent League Championships for 38 years, until 1997 when the club re-organzied for the 21st century.
Season 2007-08 put Everton on the elite table, defying some of the best in the Premier League and qualifying for the Champions League.
For the 2009-10 season, the team is aiming at rivals such as Liverpool and dwell in the best place possible on the table.
