Takuma Sato for Malaysia

Last month Takuma enjoyed a brilliant day trip in Melbourne in addition to making it through Q3. Takuma had a very solid competition with the new SA07, which was only launched a few days before the Australian Grand Prix, home in twelfth position.

Frank Montagny , Old Super Aguri racer was next up in the Toyota, in 6th just ahead of our hero Takuma Sato who piped Red Bull in 8th who still are learning the limits of there new car.

As part of his complete preparation for the upcoming Grand Prix, Takuma has been focusing on a number of aero and set up tests in the SA07-02; completing 71 laps last Wednesday.

Takuma will work on soft v hard tire tests on the Bridgestone and the testing program throughout the week will contain more aerodynamic, engine and tire evaluations.
