What is going on with Cristiano Ronaldo?
Idolised by millions of United fans world wide with the chance of becoming a legend at one of the worlds biggest clubs it seems the Portuguese genius has turned his back on the club that has made him from teenage hopeful to world and european footballer of the year elect! It's time to let him go and cash in! His heart isn't at Old Trafford and is missing out on the chance to stand alongside the likes of Best, law, Charlton, Keane, Cantona, Robson, Hughes, Beckham, Edwards etc! Would we survive without him?
Of course ..... United made Ronaldo he has not made United who will continue to win trophies with or without the selfish greed of the Portuguese winger! The jury is still out whether he is a big game player as he has failed to perform on the big stage on many occasions and would he score 42 goals again next season? I don't think so!
With the cash to splash Fergie would no doubt bring in some of the worlds best talent and Ronaldo would soon be forgotten....unlike the legends mentioned who played for United for the love of it , not the money and the personal accolade! The sooner he announces he wants to go the better so United can go and strengthen there squad and go on to retain there Premier league and European crowns! Without doubt he is a talent but the Legend that was going to be looks more likely to be the legend that never was!
