Tim Henman’s 14th consecutive Wimbledon

The 32-year-old English tennis player, Tim Henman, beat Spaniard Carlos Moya on Tuesday in their first round match in Henman’s 14th consecutive Wimbledon appearance in his career so far.
The two players continued at 5-5 in the final set subsequent to poor illumination that stopped the progress of their match on Monday evening around 9:20pm and was one more nerve-racking situation as the first 13 games went with serve.
The court was jam-packed when both players came into sight soon after 2pm when the match started again with re-energized swiftness and strength; both players were strong-minded.
The sense of balance and power gave the impression that it was at all times in Henman’s favor and Moya was constantly behind and trying to catch up or at a drawing level on service. Henman fought against the wind to maintain the Spaniard number two in his sight continuously. However, Moya finally double-faulted on Henman's seventh match point to allow him a renowned 6-3 1-6 5-7 6-2 13-11 victory.
This conquest was just Henman's third on the regular tour for this year, a record that has seen his standing crash down. Nevertheless, this most recent Wimbledon marathon, which has relit the flames of Henmania, may now encourage one more immense summer escapade for the four-time Wimbledon semi-finalist. Now, Henman will be up against Feliciano Lopez in the second round of this year’s Wimbledon.
